The £75 per-signed-client fee is a flat amount, not a percentage of your fees, so it is not a referral fee under the SRA Code 5.1 percentage prohibitions. You disclose your network membership in the client care letter — we provide compliant wording. Personal-injury work is excluded under LASPO 2012.
